A Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience, Bahebe brings notable expertise in strategic HR planning, performance management, talent acquisition, employment and labour law compliance, contract negotiation, compensation and benefits, and training and development. Prior to founding FJB HR Brain, he held managerial roles in Human Capital development at TaifaGas Ltd, G4S Secure Solutions Tanzania, and New Habari (2006) Tanzania Ltd: successfully leading comprehensive talent acquisition and onboarding assignments in high-sensitivity sectors, where thorough screening and vetting were key to business continuity. Bahebe holds a Master's in Human Resources Management (UDBS) and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management (ISW).
As Operations Director, Zaileen is integral to coordinating FJB HR Brain's local and foreign operations. With several years of industry experience, she is fundamental to the company's legal and financial functions, playing a key role in the successful running and streamlining of the business' goals and objectives.
